To accept your child’s seat, you must complete the steps below, by Friday, April 29, 2022.

Please gather all REQUIRED documentation (see below) to ensure that you are prepared for enrollment. Additionally, please click on the link to download and complete the two additional documents needed for enrollment. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED BY APRIL 29, 2022, TO COMPLETE ENROLLMENT.

1. Go to your on-line application and click the ACCEPT SEAT or DECLINE SEAT button at https://dcsdprek.org/login. The accept seat option is required to be completed before you upload the remaining documents on April 11, 2022.

2. If you are not interested in enrolling your child into the site listed above, please log into your parent dashboard to decline the seat.

3. Please click on the provided link to download and complete the two additional forms needed only for the BFTS Pre-K enrollment process. Add link here-

Please be aware that if you do not provide an on-line response within seven business days after the date of this letter, the seat will be given to the next student on the waiting list. The student must attend the assign school on the first day of school, by 10:00 a.m. in order to maintain his/her seat.

• Proof of Birth:  Student must be turning 4 years old by September 1st, Child's Certified Birth Certificate, Hospital Record of Live Birth, Green Card, Pink Card or Federal I-94 Card; or child’s passport 
• Child's Social Security Card or Bright From the Start Social Security Waiver (below)
• Parent ID
• Current Proof of Residence (Utility Bill, Deed, Lease, Mortgage Statement) Cable and/or Cell Phone Bills Will Not Be Accepted As Proof of Residence.
